Delete your account

You can delete your Jyotishala account and data at any time.

In the app (fastest)

1. Open Jyotishala and sign in.
2. Go to Me → Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately.

Without the app

Email support@jyotishala.com from the email address on your account (or include the mobile number you signed in with) with the subject "Delete my account". We confirm and delete within 7 days.

What is deleted

Your account details, birth profiles, readings, reports, unlocks, Plus status and engagement history.

What is kept

Anonymous purchase records (amount, product, date) required for tax and accounting, without your name, email or phone. An active App Store or Google Play subscription is not cancelled by deleting your account; cancel it in your store settings.
